The Wichita Parks Foundation (WPF) is a volunteer-led, 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 2011. It’s mission is to enhance the quality while maintaining the heritage of Wichita’s park system by assembling necessary resources through the development of partnerships and the fostering of community relationships.
With your support, the Wichita Parks Foundation:
- Helps maintain the park and recreation system
- Advocates for the development of all city park properties
- Provides support to special project volunteer groups
- Promotes a sense of ownership through volunteerism
