Chester I Lewis Reflection Square Park

$100,000 in Plates for Parks funding was leveraged to secure $150,000 in additional donations from five local partners to pay for art enhancements at Chester I. Lewis Park in downtown. The park is open, but installation of art by Matthew Mazzotta and Ellamonique Baccus will continue into mid-2023.  More information about the project can be found on the City’s website.
